第二明教攝中，疏「二者諸宗立教」等者，由前經藏有權實等，故有此門。於中三：一標舉將說、二總辯深玄、三開章別解。今初，可知。

In the second part, explaining the subsumption of the teachings, regarding the commentary's "Second, the establishment of teachings by the various lineages", etc.: because the aforementioned Sūtrapiṭaka has provisional and real [teachings] and so forth, this section is present. Within this there are three parts: first, indicating what is to be spoken; second, generally distinguishing its profound mystery; third, opening sections for specific explanation. Now, the first is readily understood.
