疏「何故唯行因緣行」下，第四徵釋唯因緣意。前段及此俱是論文；從「謂窮智究竟」下，疏釋論。於中二：先順論文，釋其通相審法觀察。「又因緣」下，明唯約所證果海得不共名。疏「宮即」下，疏釋論文。

Regarding the commentary's phrase "Why only practice the practice of causes and conditions?" below, this is the fourth inquiry and explanation of the intent behind only causes and conditions. Both the previous section and this one are the treatise's text; from "Meaning the exhaustion of cognition to the ultimate..." below, the commentary explains the treatise. Therein are two parts: first, according with the treatise's text, explaining the investigation and observation of phenomena in its general aspect. Below "Also, causes and conditions...", it clarifies that only with respect to the realized ocean of fruition does it obtain the uncommon name. Below the commentary's "The palace is namely...", the commentary explains the treatise's text.
