疏「三廣大如法界」者，牒經。「勝善決定」，即論立名。此明行德，行合法界隨義廣大，故名為勝。

The Commentary's words, "Third, 'vast like the dharmadhātu'," repeat the sūtra text. "Superior good determination" is the name established in the treatise. This clarifies the virtue of the practice: because practice conforms to the dharmadhātu and becomes vast in accordance with its meaning, it is named 'superior'.
