今初一「不著辯才」，疏文有四：一此上即論標名，峻若懸流無澁滯故。二「說法不斷無滯礙故」，即是論釋。三「謂無偏住著故不滯事理」，即疏釋論。四「云無礙樂說」，疏舉經帖。下八大同。

Now for the first, 'unattached eloquence': the commentary text has four parts: 1. The name established in the treatise above, because it is as steep as a hanging torrent, free from roughness or hesitation. 2. 'Teaching the Dharma continuously, without stagnation or impediment,' which is the treatise's explanation. 3. 'Meaning that having no one-sided attachment, he is unstagnant in both principle and phenomena,' which is the subcommentary explaining the treatise. 4. 'Saying unimpeded delight in speech,' where the subcommentary cites the sūtra to match it. The remaining eight are largely identical.
