疏「二不怯弱酬答」，論釋云「離不正說者，若畏大眾，是不堪說。隨情而說，是不正說。」

Regarding the Commentary's statement "second, the unhesitating response": the treatise explains: "Free from incorrect exposition: if one fears the great assembly, one is incapable of speaking; if one speaks in accordance with personal sentiments, that is incorrect exposition."
