57.30

疏「二約所成」者，大願昔發，至於初地能如願作，故稱所成，復名為行。疏「信等十」者，即淨治地法，文在行校量中。一信、二悲、三慈、四捨、五無有疲厭、六知諸經論、七善解世法、八慚愧莊嚴、九具堅固力、十供養諸佛依教修行。

Regarding the commentary’s “Second, in terms of what is accomplished”: the great vows were generated in the past, and upon reaching the first ground one is able to act in accordance with the vows; therefore it is called “what is accomplished,” and also named “practices.” Regarding the commentary’s “The ten beginning with faith”: these are the dharmas for purifying the ground, and their text is in [the section on] the comparative assessment of practices: (1) faith, (2) compassion, (3) loving-kindness, (4) equanimity, (5) tirelessness, (6) knowledge of the various sūtras and treatises, (7) skill in understanding worldly dharmas, (8) the adornment of modesty and shame, (9) possession of resolute strength, and (10) making offerings to all buddhas and practicing in accordance with the teaching.
