58.29

疏「藥師十二、彌陀四十八」者，並如彼經，恐繁不引。疏「亦攝一切菩提分法，如第七地辨」者，彼因說七地一切菩提分法，於念念中皆悉圓滿，解脫月便問：「唯此地滿？諸地亦滿？」金剛藏答：「於十地中皆能滿足菩提分法。」七地最勝下，說諸地滿相，云「菩薩於初地中緣一切佛法願求故，滿足菩提分法。」即其文也。言「彰自勤行」者，結也。故論云「一常勤修習無量行故，常辨無間無量辨。」橫廣可知。

Vajragarbha replied: "On all ten bhūmis one is able to fulfill the factors of bodhi." Below the statement that the seventh bhūmi is the most supreme, he explained the characteristics of fulfillment on all bhūmis, saying: "Because a bodhisattva on the first bhūmi aspires toward and seeks all Buddha-dharmas based on conditions, they fulfill the factors of bodhi." This is that text. Regarding the statement, "manifesting one's own diligent practice," this is the conclusion. Hence the Śāstra states: "First, because of constantly and diligently cultivating immeasurable practices, constantly elucidating uninterrupted and immeasurable eloquence." Its breadth and scope can be known.
