59.23

疏「今云法身即功德法身」者，佛地一切通名法身，以約證如十德勝故，見功德身；又約證如來窮極故，真實法身非見相故。

Regarding the commentary's statement, "Now speaking of the dharmakāya refers to the dharmakāya of merit": everything on the Buddha stage is universally called the dharmakāya. Considered in terms of realizing the ten superior merits of tathatā, one sees the merit-body; also, considered in terms of realizing the ultimate extremity of the Tathāgata, the true dharmakāya is not a visible characteristic.
