60.2

疏「第二廣觀障治」下，疏中有二：先總明來意，於中有二：先明觀，故論云「復觀察障對治不善業道及果，善業道及果，及上上清淨起增上心。」「求學」下，即標舉行心，全是論文。

Regarding the commentary’s [statement], “Second, ‘broadly observing obstacles and remedies’ below,” within the commentary there are two parts: First, it explains in general the incoming purpose, within which there are two: First, it explains the contemplation; hence the treatise says: “Furthermore, [the bodhisattva] observes the unwholesome courses of action and their fruits, which are the obstacles, and the wholesome courses of action and their fruits, which are their remedies; and [observing] the supreme purity, arouses the superior mind.” From “seeking to learn” downward, it directly points out the mental practice; this is entirely from the treatise’s text.
