疏「初一道差別」者，然道約輪轉，故喻河流。界約難出，故比牢獄。「皆增苦過」下，明外道小乘多乖道過。

Regarding the Commentary's 'the first is the difference of paths': the path refers to transmigration, so it is compared to a flowing river; the realm refers to the difficulty of escaping, so it is compared to a prison. From 'all increasing the fault of suffering' onward, it clarifies the fault of non-Buddhists and the Hīnayāna largely diverging from the path.
