疏「第二至無救」者，無常理定，非物能裁，故云無救。「如四方山來」，即《涅槃》文，如〈四諦品〉。

Regarding the commentary's "Second, reaching the point of having no saviour": the principle of impermanence is fixed and cannot be altered by anything; hence it is said to have no saviour. "Like mountains coming from the four directions" is a passage from the Nirvāṇa [Sūtra], as found in the "Chapter on the Four Truths."
