疏「先釋四禪」等者，疏文有三：初正釋、二「故瑜伽」下引證、三「是以靜能」下揀定。

Regarding the commentary's phrase "first explaining the four dhyānas" and so forth: the commentary's text has three parts. First, the correct explanation; second, under "therefore the Yogācāra" onward, citing corroboration; third, under "for this reason, quiescence is able to" onward, determining by elimination.
