疏「二心明使即是隨眠」者，論中名使，隨眠往來猶如公使，隨逐捉縛故。
Regarding the commentary's 'Clarifying through two states of mind the emissaries, which are latent tendencies (anuśaya),' in the treatise they are called emissaries; latent tendencies come and go like official messengers, pursuing and capturing [beings].
