疏「一切法不生般若生」者，即《大般若》文。悟法無生名般若，故知無可生；照見惑源，故無可滅也。
Regarding the commentary's 'When all dharmas do not arise, prajñā arises,' this is a passage from the Mahāprajñāpāramitā. Awakening to the non-arising of dharmas is called prajñā, hence one knows there is nothing to arise; illuminating the source of delusions, there is nothing to cease.
