疏言「此順論意」者，以論云「煩惱」，今將經文生死就論，故云此順論意。

When the Commentary states "this accords with the intent of the treatise," it is because the treatise states "afflictions," and now the sūtra text's "saṃsāra" is made to conform to the treatise; hence it is said that this accords with the intent of the treatise.
