63.107

疏「即一切利行未成令成」者，一切亦三，此是其一。言有三者：一現法利行、二後法利行、三現法後法利行，以勸離欲令成就故。

Regarding the commentary's: "Precisely, in all beneficial conduct, causing what is unaccomplished to be accomplished": "All" also has three, and this is one of them. Speaking of having three: first, beneficial conduct in the present lifetime; second, beneficial conduct in future lifetimes; third, beneficial conduct in both the present and future lifetimes, because of exhorting them to leave desire and causing them to accomplish it.
