64.33

疏「謂以道相智觀」下，釋論，即菩薩自智也。「不唯但觀三世」，對上顯勝。次「遍了諸法」下，當相辯勝。言了諸法者，若內若外、有為無為，無不知故。「以此導」下，明由智勝故，悲成增上。

On the commentary passage beginning with "That is, contemplating with the knowledge of the aspects of the path": this explains the treatise, which is the bodhisattva's own wisdom. "Not merely contemplating the three periods of time" demonstrates excellence in contrast to what precedes. Next, from "completely comprehending all dharmas" onwards, it distinguishes excellence according to its characteristics. To say that one "comprehends all dharmas" means that, whether internal or external, conditioned or unconditioned, there is nothing not known. From "Using this to guide" onwards, it clarifies that because wisdom is excellent, compassion becomes intensified.
