64.77

疏「由迷真實義愚」者，即第二愚。三界苦果，業惑是集，即道理勝義，故名真實。今謂苦為樂，迷業是集，故起福行，八禪淨業亦是此愚。

Regarding the statement "Due to delusion regarding the meaning of true reality": this is the second delusion. The resultant suffering of the three realms, along with karma and afflictions, constitutes origin; this is the ultimate truth of reason, and is thus called true reality. Now, taking suffering to be pleasure, and being deluded about karma being origin, one generates meritorious formations; the pure karma of the eight dhyānas is also this delusion.
