疏「所治既細」下，出初分為勝。今以上例後，則不住行及彼果分二皆勝也。

Regarding the commentary's "since what is countered is already subtle" onward: this brings out the initial division as superior. Now, extrapolating from the preceding to what follows, both the non-abiding practice and its fruit division are superior as well.
