疏「現識等五則顯已潤已受」者，則前無明行等已得潤竟，故今受果，此則過去二因已含發潤。

Regarding the Commentary's line "The present five [factors], consciousness and the rest, reveal that it has already been moisturized and already experienced": the previous ignorance and formative action have already been completely moisturized, and therefore one now receives the fruit; thus the two past causes already subsume both initiation and moisturization.
