疏「顯二我作用空」者，意明人法俱有能作之義，故皆名作者，非約人我獨為其空。

Regarding the commentary's "Revealing that the functions of the two selves are empty": this intends to clarify that both person and dharmas have the meaning of being capable of acting, hence both are called agents, and it is not only in terms of the self of persons that it is empty.
