疏「四彰分齊」下，言此以行入故。「常行不捨」者，七地功用行滿，方便涉有，故得行入之名。

Regarding the Commentary's line beginning with "Fourth, displaying the demarcations": it says this because one enters by practice. As for "constantly practicing without abandoning," purposive effort in practice is fulfilled on the seventh ground, and upāya engages in existence; hence it obtains the name of entering through practice.
