68.74

疏「即四魔等法」者，老病衰退總是蘊魔。死即死魔。老病之時亦有惑俱，即煩惱魔。而言等者，兼有十魔。不求有生，即不行其因，生必老死故。

Regarding the commentary's statement: "namely, dharmas such as the four māras": old age, sickness, and decline are entirely the skandha-māra. Death is the mṛtyu-māra. At the time of old age and sickness, there are also afflictions accompanying them, which is the kleśa-māra. In saying "and so forth," it also includes the ten māras. "Not seeking to have birth" means not enacting their causes, for birth inevitably entails old age and death.
