69.36

疏三化生過。言「十無量」等者，既求十對化眾生業，名勤方便。今自無分量，利他無邊，離於有無二邊，故無此過。

Regarding the commentary's "third, the fault of transforming sentient beings": as for the "ten immensities," etc., since one seeks the ten counterparts of the activity of transforming sentient beings, it is called diligent upāya. Now one is oneself without measure and benefits others boundlessly, parting from the two extremes of existence and non-existence; hence this fault is absent.
