疏「又十輪」下，第三引《十輪》明定有三乘，以成五性；若無五性，無三乘故。

Regarding the commentary's "Furthermore, the Daśacakra" onward: this is the third, quoting the Daśacakra to clarify that there are determinately three vehicles, in order to establish the five natures; because if there were no five natures, there would be no three vehicles.
