疏「便成善達」下，第五成行莊嚴。論云「四辯自在成熟眾生（即此經自在說法），無邊總持廣受法行（即此經善達法器）。」

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "It then becomes skillful penetration..." downward: the fifth is the adornment of accomplished practice. The treatise says, "Maturity of sentient beings through mastery of the four analytical knowledges (that is, mastery in expounding the Dharma in this sūtra), and the practice of broadly receiving the Dharma through boundless dhāraṇī (that is, skillfully penetrating the vessels of the Dharma in this sūtra)."
