70.37

疏「二無邊引起者」，論云「二難知無量善根等修業行故」，餘如疏釋。言「恒沙等上煩惱」者，以善無邊，一一善上皆有煩惱故。亦即所知未盡，則無法之上而無惑也。

Regarding the commentary's statement, 'The second, boundless arising': the treatise says, 'The second, difficult to comprehend: because of cultivating karma and practices of immeasurable roots of goodness, etc.'; the rest is as explained in the commentary. Regarding the phrase 'afflictions upon [roots of goodness] like sands of the Ganges': because goodness is boundless, upon every single good there are afflictions. That is to say, as long as the knowable has not been exhausted, there is no dharma upon which there is no delusion.
