疏「更有一理」者，上是六地緣生中護外三過中，此通業無報難。上論答云「業有三義，故不受報。一未造、二未潤、三得對治。」前即第二義，今即第三義。未造之業，即前未作是也。

Regarding the commentary's "There is yet another principle": the above belongs to warding off the three external errors within dependent arising on the sixth ground, where this resolves the objection concerning karma having no retribution. The treatise above answered: "Karma has three meanings by which it does not receive retribution: first, not yet performed; second, not yet moistened; third, obtaining an antidote." The former is the second meaning; the present is the third meaning. Karma not yet performed is the "not yet done" mentioned earlier.
