73.27

疏「二互相顯」者，前意但因依果，今則互依。於中有四：一正明互顯；二「論云」下，義引海喻證；三「前言依地」下，會違；四「又地則但依」下，揀二別相。相別有三：一但依兼入別、二「又山在海」下顯非即離別、三「又山出海」下等不等別。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "Second, mutually revealing each other": previously the meaning was merely the cause relying on the fruit, but now they rely on each other. Within this are four: 1. Directly clarifying mutual revelation; 2. From "The Śāstra says..." downward, meaningfully citing the ocean simile as proof; 3. From "The prior statement of relying on the ground..." downward, resolving contradictions; 4. From "Furthermore, the ground merely relies..." downward, distinguishing their two distinct characteristics. There are three distinctions in characteristic: 1. The distinction between merely relying versus also entering; 2. From "Furthermore, the mountains being in the ocean..." downward, revealing the distinction of non-identity and non-separation; 3. From "Furthermore, the mountains emerging from the ocean..." downward, the distinction of equal and unequal.
