73.4

第三加持智中，文亦具三：初牒經立名；二「論云」下辨所依起；三「謂依彼」下疏釋論依起，便是第三段中釋義。常化不絕，為加持故，即以不絕是轉義，如轉法輪。

In the third, cognition of adhiṣṭhāna, the text also possesses three: first, repeating the sūtra to establish the name; second, determining the basis of arising from 'the treatise says' downwards; third, the commentary explaining the treatise's basis of arising from 'meaning relying on that' downwards, which is precisely the explanation of meaning in the third section. Constantly transforming without cessation is adhiṣṭhāna, taking non-cessation as the meaning of turning, like turning the wheel of the Dharma.
