疏「今初，此因」下，第二唯顯因門，但釋六品。疏文分三：初總彰大旨、二引教成立、三決斷有無。今初。以諸古德不立等覺，故案定有。

Under the commentary's "Now first, this cause...", second, it only reveals the gate of causes, explaining only the six chapters. The commentary's text is divided into three: first, generally displaying the grand purport; second, citing the teachings to establish it; third, definitively determining existence or nonexistence. Now, the first: because past masters did not establish equal enlightenment, he conclusively determines that it exists.
