疏「亦顯前來差別」下，是第二義。上約合前後無際，今明後際不離初際，是窮生死之本際。

The Commentary's statement starting with "It also manifests that the previous distinctions..." is the second meaning. The above collapsed the beginning and end as having no culmination; now it clarifies that the final culmination is not separate from the initial culmination, which is exhausting the fundamental culmination of saṃsāra.
