疏「初三句始觀」者，以妙悟皆滿是佛，今就等覺故云「觀順」。據觀據順故名菩薩，據三句見即名為佛耳，皆等覺之義。

The commentary states: "The first three lines are the initial contemplation." Because wondrous awakening in its entirety is fully complete in the Buddha, here, in terms of equal awakening, it says "contemplating and according with." On the basis of contemplating and according with, one is called a bodhisattva; on the basis of seeing in the three lines, one is named a Buddha; both are the meaning of equal awakening.
