疏「若離佛外」下，第三結彈護法。言「却失真唯識」者，不知外質即佛心故。

As for the commentary's "If apart from the Buddha" and below, this is the third part, concluding with a critique of Dharmapāla. The statement "one conversely loses true Consciousness-Only" means: because he does not know that the external substance is just the Buddha's mind.
