疏「已隣剎海平等」者，猶有數限，故致隣言，剎海平等無數量故。

Regarding the commentary's "already bordering on the equality of the ocean of lands": because there is still a numerical limit, the word "bordering" is used, since the equality of the ocean of lands is without measure or quantity.
