Regarding the Commentary's statement "as explained in the Mañjuśrī-prajñā": this was already cited in the "Chapter on Awakening through Light."

Regarding the Commentary's statement "the ten phrases in the specific treatment largely correspond to the ten marks of the body in the [Chapter on] Manifestation": those ten marks are precisely the ten bodies:
1. The mark of universally entering to effect benefit is the body of majestic power.
2. The mark of universally responding without deliberate thought is the transformation body; hence it is said that its lineage is well-attuned.
3. Impartially responding in accordance [with beings] is the bodhi body; because the bodhisattva's wisdom has no fixed abode, it impartially responds in accordance.
4. Being unattached and unhindered is the wisdom body.
5. Pervading the ten directions is the dharmakāya; hence it is said to have a single nature.
6. Adorning lands to benefit sentient beings is the body of merit.
7. Unproduced and covertly benefiting is the body adorned with marks and signs.
8. Adorned and excellent, fulfilling wishes is the vow body; because the vow-power encompasses the dharmadhātu, constantly turning the wondrous Dharma wheel.
9. Exhausting the future limit is the body of sustaining power; hence in that sūtra, the king of physicians prolonging life is used as a metaphor, illustrating that although the Buddha enters nirvāṇa, he does not forfeit benefit and joy.
10. Perfect, revolving, and abiding equally is the mind-made body (manomayakāya); hence it is said that it manifests whenever the mind thinks of it.

Comparing those ten marks and ten bodies to the present sūtra text, there is not the slightest discrepancy. Where there are difficult points, they have already been explained along with each phrase. If based on that sequence: this first corresponds to that third; the second to that seventh; the third to that fourth; the fourth to that second; the fifth to that first; the sixth to that ninth; the seventh to that fifth; the eighth to that tenth; the ninth to that eighth; and the tenth to that sixth. Only that text is broad, but in principle they are not two.

Regarding the Commentary's statement "the final one: the purity of the mind-made and other bodies": because it speaks of liberation and mastery, it says "mind-made body." The statement "and other bodies" includes by extension the vow body, transformation body, and so on.
