疏「此品之末經來未盡」者，以說展轉益竟，應須結歸本光及隨好力，并現瑞成益等，今並無此，明是未盡。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "At the end of this chapter, the transmission of the sūtra was not yet complete": because having fully expounded the successive benefits, it should conclude by attributing them to the original light and the power of the secondary marks, as well as the manifestation of auspicious portents to accomplish the benefits, etc. Now, these are all lacking, which makes it clear that it is incomplete.
