疏「為說信等」者，即初地淨治地法。信悲慈捨無疲厭，知經論、了世法，堅固力慚愧莊嚴供養佛也。

Regarding the Commentary's statement "preaching faith and so forth for them": these are the practices for purifying the stage on the first stage: faith, compassion, loving-kindness, equanimity without weariness, knowing the sūtras and treatises, understanding worldly phenomena, firm power, shame, remorse, adornment, and making offerings to the buddhas.
