疏「餘九如次前已配釋」者，如前云「一契理願圓」，即是釋德。「普眼滿故」，即是屬人。「二攝法上首」，即是顯德。言「為普化故」者，即普化菩薩。「三受持正法」，即是顯德。「有普慧故」，即是菩薩等。

As for the commentary's statement, "The remaining nine have already been matched and explained in order previously", as stated earlier, "First, conforming to principle and fulfilling vows" explains the virtue; "Because Universal Eye is complete" assigns it to the person. "Second, being the foremost in gathering the Dharma" reveals the virtue; saying "Because of universal transformation" refers to Bodhisattva Universal Transformation. "Third, upholding the true Dharma" reveals the virtue; "Because there is Universal Wisdom" refers to the bodhisattva, and so forth.
