疏「九中初融三事」，心佛眾生三無差故。後「離融相」。故釋不融。然不融中有二：一不壞相、二離融相。離融相，約理無可融故，約心無想念故。不壞相，約本自融，不可融故。從「三事」下，指文引證。

Regarding the Commentary's "Among the nine, first blending the three matters": this is because mind, Buddha, and sentient beings are not differentiated. Later, "apart from the characteristics of blending": hence it explains non-blending. Now, within non-blending there are two [aspects]: first, not destroying characteristics; second, being apart from the characteristics of blending. 'Apart from the characteristics of blending' is because, in terms of the principle, there is nothing that can be blended, and in terms of the mind, there are no conceptual thoughts. 'Not destroying characteristics' is because, in terms of their being fundamentally blended in themselves, they cannot be [further] blended.
