疏「雖覩世尊」下，此明二乘但見自分境界耳。五俱隣等最初受道，豈見世尊始成正覺身遍十方智入三際等？

In the commentary, "although seeing the World-Honoured One" and so forth: this clarifies that the two vehicles only see their own appropriate sphere. When Kauṇḍinya and the others first received the Path, how could they have seen the World-Honoured One as having initially realized correct awakening, with a body pervading the ten directions and cognition entering the three periods of time?
