疏「喻菩薩受記」等者，不能採取即無勇猛，不得受用即無受記成就義也。
In the commentary, "illustrating the bodhisattva's receipt of prophecy" and so forth: being unable to collect and take is having no courage; being unable to receive and use is the sense of having no accomplishment of prophecy.
