疏「答為顯不共」下，第三會釋。於中五：一顯不共般若、二顯化儀不同、三明通局有殊、四約開顯有異、五者結成緣起。今初，不共般若，已如前引。若準天台意，前以通教難於圓別，今以圓別揀異於通。

Regarding the commentary's statement, "Answer: To reveal uncommon [prajñā]" downward: third, it reconciles and explains. Within this are five: 1. Revealing uncommon prajñā; 2. Revealing differences in conversion methods; 3. Clarifying that there are distinctions between general and restricted; 4. Regarding differences in opening and revealing; 5. Concluding with dependent origination. Now, regarding the first, uncommon prajñā has already been cited as above. According to the meaning of Tiantai, previously the shared teaching was used to raise objections against the perfect and distinct teachings; now the perfect and distinct teachings are used to single out their difference from the shared teaching.
