大文第七開發分。疏「此法句望前方便即是所用」者，此有三重能所：一普賢是能有，方便是所有，二方便是能用，法句是所用，三法句是能開，三昧境為所開。

The seventh major section is the section on uncovering and development. Regarding the Commentary's statement, "These Dharma-phrases, when viewed in relation to the preceding upāyas, are that which is utilized," there are three layers of subject and object: first, Samantabhadra is the possessor, and the upāyas are that which is possessed; second, the upāyas are that which utilizes, and the Dharma-phrases are that which is utilized; third, the Dharma-phrases are that which uncovers, and the sphere of samādhi is that which is uncovered.
