疏「然此德義就事就表通皆具之」者，就事即約德雲身上，就表即約初住法門亦具定等四義。

Regarding the Commentary's: "However, in terms of phenomena and in terms of symbolic expression, this virtuous meaning is entirely possessed by both": "In terms of phenomena" refers to the person of Meghasvara; "in terms of symbolic expression" refers to how the dharma-gate of the First Abode also possesses the four meanings of samādhi and so forth.
