89.17

疏十五「迦」字，悟作者不可得。此字上略一切法，下猶有不可得；此後諸字皆上有悟一切法，下有不可得。疏文從簡，故並略之，下方總說耳。從「則作業如雲」下會經。《智論》云「若聞迦字，即知諸法中無有作者，以迦謂迦羅迦此云作者故。」釋曰：既無作者，何有作業？業既云雲，不可承攬，無我無造，故無差別。

Regarding the commentary's "Fifteen: the syllable ka": awakening to the fact that an agent cannot be apprehended. Above this syllable, "all phenomena" is omitted; below, "cannot be apprehended" is still present. All syllables after this have "awakening to all phenomena" above and "cannot be apprehended" below. The commentary's text aims for brevity, so it omits both, only stating them comprehensively below. From "then karmic activity is like clouds" down reconciles with the sūtra. The Dazhidulun says: "Hearing the syllable ka, one immediately knows that among all phenomena there is no agent, because here kāraka means agent." Explanation: Since there is no agent, how could there be karmic activity? Since karma is numerous like clouds, it cannot be seized; being without self and without creation, there is therefore no distinction.
