疏「一切眾生平等一性」者，即第二明一性五性別中一性義兼一乘義，對前五性三乘，廣如前說。

Regarding the Commentary's statement "all sentient beings are equal in having a single nature": this is the second, clarifying the sense of a single nature along with the meaning of the One Vehicle within the distinction between one nature and five natures, contrasting with the previous five natures and three vehicles, as explained extensively above.
