In the commentary, 'And these lands refers to the lands of the previous ten locations' is the first meaning in the previous tenth line. That is, lands exhausting the dharmadhātu, lands exhausting empty space, lands exhausting the three periods, and so forth. As for the tenth meaning of lands within the body, because the text is close at hand, the commentary does not point to it.
