Regarding the Commentary's statement "First, oral empowerment encourages preaching to increase eloquence": herein are three meanings: first, oral empowerment designates the name; second, encouraging preaching is the characteristic of empowerment; third, increasing eloquence is the intent of empowerment. Under "Also empowering with benefit...", the [other] two karmas follow this pattern.
