As for the commentary's stating, "Now, first clarify the ten bodies, and afterward reveal their unobstructedness," and so forth, this is the fourth part, opening the sections to explain them. Within this there are three parts: first, the two lines above set out the topic; next, from "As for 'ten'" onward, it explains; finally, from "By means of these body-clouds" onward, it concludes with pervasiveness.
